Ameelio supports expanded communications and resource access for incarcerated individuals. We believe that this is not only possible on kiosks, but on tablets and mobile devices as well. We offer proprietary ruggedized casing solution to free tablets that are able to support resource access in the form of course material access, including PDFs, videos, e-books, quizzes, and short answers related to rehabilitative and educational content.
As a device agnostic solution, Ameelio’s services are also available on laptops, such as Chromebooks and HP computers. Enable Ameelio’s browser based services on any laptop already owned by the correctional agencies, or work with Ameelio to enable secure off-the-shelf devices.

Ameelio worked with our juvenile detention center to develop a platform for residents to have secure contact with their families, while also complying with PREA’s requirement for a truly anonymous way to report incidents. Ameelio customized the platform to fit our needs and did so expeditiously. Our system is live now, and we are very pleased with the benefits to our residents and their families.
