Incarcerated people can make a voice call any time. If loved ones miss it, they can send an instant pre-approved by corrections reply message.
Correction staff can use the security dashboard to monitor up to 8 calls simultaneously.
Corrections staff can retrieve recording archives for investigations and track the chain of custody for critical video records.
Corrections staff may review the complete network of interactions in a designated corrections system.
Ameelio worked with our juvenile detention center to develop a platform for residents to have secure contact with their families, while also complying with PREA’s requirement for a truly anonymous way to report incidents. Ameelio customized the platform to fit our needs and did so expeditiously. Our system is live now, and we are very pleased with the benefits to our residents and their families.
